Install the SimC addon, type /simc in game, copy it all, paste it here. Matched to a report by name, realm and spec. Nothing is uploaded.
How the math works

Every boss and M+ dungeon you can bonus roll, ranked by what one token is worth there:

EV = ( Σ score of items you still want ÷ items left in the pool ) ÷ token cost

Scores are your report's: HPS from QE Live for healers, DPS from your Droptimizer for everyone else. Tap an item to cycle its state.

WantAn upgrade still in the pool. Its score counts toward EV.
OwnYou have it, or you're taking it out of the vault. It stays in the roll pool, so rolling it just dupes, but it's worth 0 to you. Anything you hold at ≥ the ilvl a roll here pays out auto-marks Own, read from the gear your report was run in and from your /simc if you pasted one. A lower copy gets a have N tag and stays Want, since the roll would still upgrade it.
RolledAlready rolled. Out of the pool for good.

Items worth nothing to you still sit in the pool as filler and drag EV down, exactly as they do in game. Raid diff picks which tier's item levels and scores to use. Token cost defaults to the season's: Override it per encounter in any open row.

Very rare only describes the drop rate off a boss kill. A bonus roll draws evenly from the pool, so these count like any other item here and their EV is not discounted. Usually a reason to chase one: the roll is the one place a very rare costs the same as filler. Flagged in the pick up top.
